    how to track 75 hard

the 75 hard rules are simple to list and brutal to keep. and most people don’t fail the 75 hard challenge on the workouts — they fail on the admin. the progress photo forgotten at 1am, the water count lost by evening, the outdoor walk skipped on the first cold rain. the fix is to give each of the six daily tasks its own visible check, not one vague “did i do 75 hard today?” box.

    1. set your start date — or leave it on today if you are starting now.
    2. each day, tap all six check-offs as you finish them. the day only turns fully green when all six are done.
    3. watch the grid. an unbroken run of green is the whole point — and the thing you do not want to snap.
    4. miss a task? by the rules you restart at day 1 — tap restart to reset the grid.
    5. back up your progress, or track it in the app, so a cleared browser does not cost you weeks.
