If you purchased init.Habits Pro and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase or renewal date — no explanation required. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
The guarantee applies to every Pro plan: monthly, annual, and lifetime. For renewals of a subscription, the 30-day window runs from the date of each renewal charge.
how to request
Email hello@inithabits.com with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your order or receipt number. We aim to reply within two business days.
For purchases made on the web, our payments provider Paddle acts as the merchant of record. You can also request a refund or find your receipt directly through Paddle at paddle.net, or by replying to the receipt email Paddle sent you.
subscriptions
A Pro subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time, and you'll keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for — no further charges after that.
To cancel a subscription purchased on the web, use the manage-subscription link in your account or in any Paddle receipt email. To cancel a subscription purchased on the App Store, manage it in your iOS Settings or in the App Store.
where you bought it
Bought on the web (inithabits.com / app.inithabits.com): your purchase is processed by Paddle as merchant of record, and this refund policy applies. Contact us or Paddle as described above.
Bought in the iOS app (Apple App Store): App Store purchases are handled by Apple, and Apple's refund policy applies. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We aren't able to process App Store refunds directly, but we're happy to help — just email us.
eu consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. By starting to use Pro immediately after purchase, you ask us to begin providing it right away; even so, our 30-day money-back guarantee is more generous than the statutory minimum, and nothing in this policy limits the rights granted to you by your local consumer protection laws.
processing
Once a refund is approved, it is processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
